great stay! awesome breakfast, helpful staff, and a lovely courtyard. exceeded my expectations after my last visit in El Prat de Llobregat. definitely recommend Centre Esplai.

Conveniently located near the airport, with a 24-hour reception and friendly staff. Comfortable double room with ample space and a nice bathroom. Easy access to public transportation and reasonably priced canteen. Adequate breakfast provided upon request.

The bunks were separated by a wall, which is the first time we have not been able to touch each other in bed during 57 years of marriage

great stay! arrived late but had no issues with check-in. room had a nice balcony. staff were friendly and rooms were clean. breakfast was basic but good quality and generous.

It's a hostel. Facilities are basic but given the price, I'd go there any day. Somewhat remote from central Barcelona, it's about a 24 euro taxi trip to get to/from one way. The staff are extraordinarily friendly and helpful, especially the kitchen staff who on more than one occasion cheerfully knocked up late night meals for us even though they were closing up. Great for youth groups or large families, the bunk bed accomodation is really unusual. During our stay we had a disabled wheelchair hockey team, testimony to the disability-friendly facilities.

We had a great stay at Centre Esplai! The location was perfect for us, being near the airport and just a short walk away. We loved how close it was to Camp Nou, as we were there to watch a football match. The staff, especially Martha at the reception, were incredibly helpful and friendly. Martha gave us all the information we needed about public transportation and even helped us get a discounted ticket for unlimited travel in Barcelona. The rooms were basic but comfortable, and the shower worked perfectly with hot water. The balcony was a nice bonus, providing a quiet spot to relax. The breakfast had a good variety of options, and the vending machines were convenient for snacks. The cleanliness could have been better, particularly the bathroom floor, but overall it was a great stay. Despite the minor drawbacks, we would definitely recommend this hotel.
